| Our Cook is Signora Lorena, an Italian Lady, 60 y.o. woman who prepares most delicious Tuscan dishes. The Dinner will be composed of Tuscan Appetizers followed by Pasta or Riso, and Sweet Dessert., and to round it all up Glass of Wine and Cappucchino and/or Esspresso. Of course Bread and Water :) Typical Tuscan Dinner Plate: Appetizer: - Crostini Toscani (Toasted Itlaian Bread with little pieces of Tomato or Liver Pate' or Truffel Cream) - Fettunta (toasted Italian Bread with pure, home made Extra Virgin Olive Oil) - Assortment of Tuscan Ham and Fennel Pepperoni - Black and Green Olives - Fresh Salad First Dish: - Spaghetti Arrabiata (Spaghetti with Garlic, Onions and fresh Tomatos - Hot) - Risotto (Italian Rise with Asparagus) - Pappa al Pomodoro (Traditional Mulligan with Fresh Tomatos) - Pasta con Sugo (Reabon Nuddles with meat Sauce) Sweet Dessert: - Panna Cotta - Creame caramel - Chocolate Pie - Alternative - Assortment of Tuscan Cheeses with Honey |
